Seafood risottos, lemon possets, Quinoa salads and real Caesar`s all have one thing in common, they take time, especially if they are made to any kind of proper standard, and this what we are all about.
We take that time, we fire up our kitchens at 6am to get our soda bread and pastries ready for the day, we take the time to make our own sauces, we batter our own fish and slow cook our own hams so when mealtime arrives our day isn't beginning, its almost done.
By taking this time we can do one very particular thing, we can be quick in the one place you want us to be; in the service. So in a nutshell this is what we offer "Quick , Slow Food".

Quinoa, tender stem broccoli, baby cauliflower & slow cooked beetroot topped with flaked nuts & Ruby’s own garlic aioli and cummin dressings.

Real Food, Real Simple
Meal times can be many things ranging from simple sustenance to a social gathering to a well needed 20 minutes of rest & relaxation, however, the one thing a meal should never be is boring. Hence we do our best to fill every dish with flavour & quality ingredients. A prime example of this is our house toastie which consists of handcut bread from a crusty loaf, homemade thick cut Limerick ham, real cheddar with a pinch of parmesan & mayo accompanied by in-house coleslaw & a sweet baby-leaf salad. A simple sandwich filled with real ingredients.
